Welcome to Jackie's kitchen,
where you can meet your cook and find out what you can expect to see on the
breakfast table during your stay with us.
Breakfast begins promptly at 8:30, and is a sit-down meal served to all guests at the same time. Feel free to assemble in the first floor dining room prior to 8:30 and mingle with other guests, or enjoy your coffee/tea (available by 7:00AM) on the front veranda while you wait. Normally, we start breakfast off with a cold buffet, consisting of fruit salad, yogurt, assorted cereals and the best granola. At about 8:45, the main entre is served, and while Jackie is continually experimenting with new recipes, some of the house specialties are listed below:
